 Taking care of all compliance matters including regulatory filings, renewal of licenses
•  Various Secretarial Services including maintaining corporate registers, providing various        secretarial tools such as minutes, agendas, registers and records.
•  Taking care of all corporate communication and dealings with regulatory authorities.
•  Liaising with external agents and support agencies.
•  Director Policies & Codes of Conduct
•  Preparation of Annual Reports
• arranging board meetings, taking minutes and circulating them to the board members for their approval
. maintaining company files with respect to corporate documents, registers, minute books etc
.  preparing any resolutions
.   coordinating signatures from all directors
